Chinese and Korean Interpretation of depositions, medical
exams and translation of public hearing reports in regarding
the Korea Air (KAL) Crash in Guam on Aug. 6, 1997. This was
a huge ongoing liability case that involved sending multiple
interpreters to diverse legal and casual settings under the
emotional and high-pressure circumstances.

as one of the Housing Authority's language service contractors.
Since 1998, we have provided interpretations for the Authority's

translated the 5-Year Agency Plan and various kinds of housing
and resident relations documents into 10 languages including

subtitle translation of KBS(Korean Broadcasting System) news
and documentary. KBS (Korean Broadcasting System) is Korea's
largest & only national TV network, whose American branch
is in charge of satellite broadcasting for worldwide audience.
BetterComm was selected as one of the three vendors to translate
KBS' primetime news and produce subtitles year round - on a
daily basis. The job entailed organizing competent news translators
and meeting very strenuous work schedules that started at 5
a.m. every day. In addition to news, documentary translation
and subtitling services have been provided.
